Shredded red cabbage, red onion, lime juice, apple cider vinegar, cilantro, mayo and jalapeño peppers.

Pork Shoulder/butt marinated in mojo cubano, a citrus marinade with 10 spices and slowly cooked to tender.
Salt crusted and cooked slow. Served with a cilantro garlic lime sauce.
Full rack of our special ribs. A 24 hour apple cider brine then rubbed with our homemade spices. Cooked slow and topped with our BBQ sauce.
Stuffed Pork Belly
Porkbelly stuffed with our traditional moro rice, onions, chirizo, garlic, pepper and other spices. Slowly roasted until perfection.
Whole free range chicken. 24 hour salt and spice brine, rubbed with all our special spices and roasted until tender.
